Our Mission
At Parent Pathways we are raising awareness for parents by providing support, information and advice during the pathway to parenthood.
Our Support
Parent Pathways has been established with the express aim and purpose of creating a charity that supports and affects parents/guardians and their families antenatally, postnatally and beyond.
The journey to parenthood is full of new experiences for families whether they are introducing a first, second, third or fourth child to the family. At times, it can be a little overwhelming and navigating all the different physical changes as well as how we feel emotionally can be challenging.
We are here to offer support and help to play a positive role in helping the navigation through this perinatal period of time.
Our Aims
Parent Pathways will promote and protect the good health of people both physically and mentally with peer support, group support, signposting and facilitating expert support workshops.
Parent Pathways will award grants to registered charities, community groups, NHS services, Social Care services or other statutory services that provide treatment or support for perinatal mental & physical health, that statutory funding does not necessarily cover.
Parent Pathways can provide grants to cover the costs of practitioner fees to reduce the financial pressure faced by those who may not be able to afford such services, so that they can receive the help and support they may need without a financial barrier.
